Idekom Language Services was founded in 2005 with the aim of providing fully customer-focused translation and documentation services according to the internationally accepted standards. To achieve this aim, we took the following first steps:
- We decided to conduct all our activities in compliance with the international standards since the very beginning and adopted the DIN 2345 (DIN norm for translation process and company management) quality standard for translation.
- "Idekom Corporate Compliance Program", which was developed and successfully used for customer focused translation projects has highly adapted to our clients' corporate culture.
- We have developed the "IDEterm" terminology standardisation and application software which is fully compliant with our clients' corporate terminologies in order to accelerate the translation process and raise the translation quality to the highest level possible.
